I AM A SPIRITUAL LIFE COACH (certified by the Life Purpose Institute) and I specialize in working with women to discover their goddess energy using gentle and approachable techniques.

I haven’t always been this radiant and confident. I suffered from low self-esteem and lacked motivation and clarity. That changed for me when I began my personal healing at age 19.  I immersed myself in self-healing through various spiritual methods. My diligent work with healers and delving into self-help literature helped me rediscover my true self and I emerged as a proud goddess who is passionate about inspiring other women to realize their full potential.

Fast forward a few years, when my spiritual exploration led me to co-create the I AM workshop series; A series that focuses not only on understanding our relationship with a higher power, but also seeks to provide participants with the tools needed to be present, empowered and take charge of the trajectory of their lives. It is based on the premise that the words following “I AM” are some of the most powerful words that define our present moment and create our future reality.

Witnessing the unique needs of women who were struggling with some of the same internal battles that I dealt with as a young woman inspired me to host goddess parties beginning in 2010. The parties started with just a dozen women and grew to more than fifty by 2019. The parties were an opportunity for women from all walks of life and experiences to come together to be candid and raw and even vulnerable, in a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Women also walked away feeling empowered and with tangible steps to address areas of growth they had identified in small group games and discussions. All adorned in their most fabulous outfits that made each woman feel like their most glorious self. These parties were a moment in time that gave each woman an opportunity to heal and dance the night away with other goddesses. My intention was for every female to raise their vibration and leave the evening ready to unleash their inner goddess.

Though the I AM workshops and goddess parties were powerful pathways to healing and self-actualization for people, I felt in my heart of hearts that there was more work to be done with women on a one on one level. Again, inspired by my own journey of self-love, I wanted to encourage radical self-reflection, growth and acceptance for women who have walked a similar path as mine. I understand firsthand the heaviness that comes with self-doubt, a lack of balance, playing small, not prioritizing yourself, and struggling to find your life’s purpose. I believe we all hold the answers within us to address these challenges and my calling is to support women to find the path that leads to her true and whole self. I believe that every woman has an inner goddess that is waiting to be released and that all of us have a light that can shine even brighter than the sun. I am so grateful to have found my higher calling of supporting women to experience the magic and gifts life has to offer by working one on one (or a deeper level) with my clients to address whatever area of healing/growth we identify together.
